There are dozens of "Peptide Calculators" on the web. Most are hosted on websites riddled with pop-up ads, affiliate trackers, and cookies. For a researcher dealing with sensitive health protocols, this is unacceptable.

Why We Built Peptify.App
We needed a tool that was Precision-Grade and Privacy-First.
1. Visual Dosing
Numbers can be abstract. "0.05ml" sounds tiny, but seeing it on a virtual syringe makes it real. Our calculator generates a dynamic SVG representation of a U-100 syringe, showing you exactly where to pull the plunger. This reduces the risk of 10x dosing errors. Learn more about reading an insulin syringe.
2. Local-First Architecture
When you use the Peptify.App calculator, the math happens 100% on your device. We do not send your inputs (e.g. "Tirzepatide 10mg") to any server. There is no database log of what you calculated. It is as private as using a physical pocket calculator.
3. Integrated Tracking
A calculator is usually just step one. Once you know your dose, you need to track it. Peptify.App allows you to click "Create Protocol from this Calculation" to instantly save your math into a long-term tracker. No need to copy-paste or write notes on paper. See how to use visualizing dosing charts.
Common Calculation Scenarios
Peptify.App handles the math for a wide variety of scenarios. Review peptide reconstitution guide for basics.
- Standard Reconstitution: 5mg vial + 2ml water. Result: 2500mcg/ml.
- High Concentration: 10mg vial + 1ml water. Result: 10,000mcg/ml. (Useful for high-dose protocols).
- Micro-Dosing: 2mg vial + 4ml water. Result: 500mcg/ml. (Useful for very precise, small doses).
Safety First
While our calculator ensures mathematical precision, laboratory safety is up to you. Always:
- Double-check the inputs. Did you enter 5mg or 5mcg? See mcg vs mg conversion.
- Ensure your "Water Added" matches reality. If you planned for 2ml but only added 1.8ml, your concentration is higher than calculated. Learn how to calculate peptide concentration.
- Verify the syringe size. Drawing "10 units" on a U-100 syringe is different than on a U-40 syringe (veterinary). Peptify.App assumes U-100 standard.
